                                     Most people consider counselling suitable only to those who have

                                     suffered a traumatic event, however most people can benefit from the

                                     process.

                                    which may be holding you back from achieving your dreams, whether they

                                    be in work, relationships or family.

                                     the other's point of view and can establish a win-win situation for both.
